If you are seeking more in-depth support on changing your mindset and fulfilling your goals in your life or business, then choose this option. This option includes a FREE 30 minute consultation.
Coaching will be 1 on 1 each week for 4 weeks in the areas of mindset strategies, personal/business development, assertiveness, identification of needs and wants, personal barriers, and taking action. Coaching sessions provide steps to help you learn, overcome, or accomplish what you need. A feeling of confidence and clarity will help elevate you to the next level.
